The current rates for hiring the Town Hall or the Community Centre for weddings or for personal, community or commercial use are as shown in the table below.  It is not presently possible to book on-line and applications should be made to the Town Hall, Market Square, Woodstock, OX20 1SL - tel 01993 811216

DANCES AND DISCOS: Council requires the whole premises to be booked for parties, dances and discos.

COMMERCIAL BOOKINGS: (eg Trade Fair, Exhibitions and the like) Lettings for commercial purposes shall be permitted only with the prior approval of Full Council and shall be restricted to the hours of 9am - 5.30pm (unless otherwise specifically authorised) THE CHARGE shall be Local £260 and Outside £310 per booking.

LATE NIGHT BOOKINGS: All bookings such as detailed in 'A' and 'B' shall terminate at midnight (unless otherwise specifically authorised). Where the caretaker is required to be on the premises after midnight a surcharge for such duties will become operative of £25. After 1am a further £30 surcharge will apply.

DEPOSIT: For Domestic and Commercial Bookings a deposit of £100 is required. A a cancellation refund of 100% will be given in excess of 14 day's notice, 50% 7 – 14 days notice, less than 7 days notice no refund.

NOTICE is hereby given of the charges effective from 1st April 2008 for the Town Hall, Woodstock.

COMMERCIAL BOOKINGS (Trade Fairs, Carpet Sales, Exhibitions and the like)

Lettings for commercial purposes shall be permitted only with the prior approval of Full Council and shall be restricted to the hours of 9am to 5.30pm (unless such extension is specifically authorised).

THE CHARGE for such bookings shall be mid-week (Monday to Friday) £260 and Saturday or Sunday £390 per booking. For both Saturday and Sunday a special rate of £520 will apply.

All bookings requiring the Caretaker to be on the premises after midnight will be subject to a surcharge of £26 and after 1am a further £31 surcharge will apply for such duties.
